Lord Rashar Oren

Lord Rashar Oren is the heir apparent to one of Orel’s oldest noble clans, seeped in a long history of mercenary service and military tradition the young kopa has embraced enthusiastically. A natural soldier, he’s the sort of shrewd, tenacious commander the Orelani appreciate - affectionately known to his soldiers as ‘The White Graku’ after a particularly canny, alabaster skinned breed of the ubiquitous lizard found in the Orel highlands.

Since taking command of the clan mercenary company, he has led them on contracts all over Anyaral - from losing an eye to a vicious devanu kopa’s claws on the Casanii plains, to serving in the counterattack against the Delgon invasion of the north. Most recently, Rashar has led his company back home and then over the Orel’as Mountains into Teral at the bidding of some shadowy employer, becoming embroiled in the worsening situation of the Delgon occupation by providing the dissidents with fine Orel weapons, professional training, and veteran muscle. An admirer of the imprisoned Captain Danomar from his time in the north, and no fan of the Delgon’s self-proclaimed ‘gods’ after the atrocities committed during their ‘Relation Attacks’, Rashar has become infamous after a near-successful assassination attempt on Chancellor Danakan.
