Raiser of the Dead
The ancient stories of the Empire tell of the Enarii, the greatest of all fubarnii who were elevated to live on the moon of Enar when they died, there to watch over their descendants for all eternity and eventually to liberate them from enslavement by the devanu. When fubarnii die, they are taken to a high position near their home where they are cremated, in the hope that some part of them might rise to join the gods on Enar. In some parts of the Empire the role of 'Raiser of the Dead' is both venerated and feared.
